At The Craft Studio, we handcraft each order with care. Because most of our items are customized, we provide refunds only in specific situations outlined below.

1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or custom-made products unless:

• The item is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• There is a manufacturing defect
• The customization error was made by us

2. Not Eligible for Refund

• Wrong size/design provided by customer
• Change of mind
• Slight handmade variations
• Normal wear and tear

3. Refund Method

All refunds are issued via Bank Transfer / E-Transfer only.

Customers must provide:

• Full name
• E-transfer email
• Bank details (if required)

4. Time Frame

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
• Review time: 2–3 business days
• Refund processing: 3–5 business days
