1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Products & Custom Orders

• Handmade products may have slight variations.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
• Images shown may differ slightly from final handmade products.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payment Method

We currently accept Bank Transfer / E-Transfer only. Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Shipping

• We ship only within Canada.
• Delivery times are approximate and may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• If an incorrect address is provided, you are responsible for re-shipment fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to carriers.
• We are not liable for incorrect information provided by customers.
• We are not responsible for customization errors caused by customers.

7. Order Cancellation

We may cancel an order if payment is not received, fraudulent activity is suspected, or an item becomes unavailable. A full refund (via e-transfer) will be issued.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
